Arsenal will take on Olympiakos in what seems to the most important match of the season. Arsenal needs to win my a margin on 2 goals to secure a spot in the knock out stages. Joel Campbell already indicated that the match against Olympiakos is the most important match . Arsenal will be without Cazorla,Sanchez who are injured. The win against Sunderland although not in convincing way would be a morale booster for the gunners. with Walcott available Wenger has options going forward. Koscielny and Walcott seems to fit for this weekend's match against Sunderland on sunday. Kieran Gibbs is available for selection. Alexis and Santi doent seem to be fit for the match. Hopefully they will ready for the champions league match against olympiakos . The match against sunderland is now more important due to the fact that we dropped points against Norwich and West Brom. Arsenal face West Brom on Saturday evening Indian time. Arsenal would try to continue where they left  but try to improve on the performance against arch rivals Tottenham. Arsenal win over Manchester United and Watford by the same margin of 3-0 in the premier league and the champions league win over Bayern Munich has raised the hopes of winning the premier league this season. I like Olivier Giroud more than Theo Walocott.Walocott might have the pace and also might be slightly ahead in performance compared to Giroud but he cannot compete when in comes to holding the

Arsenal has great hopes on the new season .They had a very stable pre-season matches winning all of them. Most of the players are also in good shape with lesser injury worries. Alexis Sanchez return to the squad after the excellent display at Copa America will certainly boost morale at the team The big question does Arsenal have it in them to win the premier league this time around.With the addition of Petr Cech to their lines is a big boost to the title challenge. I would have been much happier if they added another striker.  With the season about to start as early as next week T he Community Shield should be a perfect plot to analyse  two of the best teams in the premier league . With the premier league season 2014 -2015 coming to a close several players in Arsenal current team might leave the club. Jenkinson who is on loan at West Ham might look for a permanent move. Arteta the club captain might be back from injury but he is non longer in the shape and form to be in the Arsenal starting line up and might have to move on.Theo Walcot is another player who will have to look at opportunities else where. Frabegas the man with most assists this season in the premier league seems to have lost his touch in the last few months.Wenger was heavily criticized for not bringing the old Gunner back to the team.According to him the team already had capable midfielders and bringing him back would be demotivating for those in the team. Fabregas meanwhile surprised everyone at the beginning of the season with his accurate passing and playing style. His impact was evident in Chelsea's performance.But over last few months performance of Chelsea and Fabregas seems to have taken a hit. Champions league drama around the red card for Ibrahimovic the second leg was embarrassing not only for Chelsea but also for premier league. Fabregas slump may be temporary but fans and Pundits might no longer be critical of Wenger's decision for not bringing him back for Arsenal if they continue their fine winning form.

Giroud may be a prime reason for Arsenal's champions league exit. But Giroud is is a real fighter.Hope he makes up with a good performance in remaining Premier League and FA cup matches.As Wenger keeps on saying we should remember that Giroud used to play for french second division. Only because of the determination and hard work he has achieved his current success. So what makes him my favorite player. The main aspect i like about him is his ability to hold on to the ball. The second aspect is his passing ability, he  is one of the best passers of the ball in the current arsenal line up.Also his presence in the line up provides more physical presence for a relatively non physical team. One negative aspect about Giroud is that he is a bit slow compared to other strikers you see around premier league and other major leagues across Europe

Arsenal are out of the champions league in the round of 16 for the last 5 years. Arsenal paid the price for lazy performance in the first Leg. They were very poor in the first leg played at the Emirates Stadium.Last minute goal which was conceded proved costly. Its very difficult for any team for a come back after a 3-1 loss.This leaves us with the question of Arsenals inability to win games that matters. What can Arsenal do to get over this. Firstly the loose mentality of players has to change. There has to an urge which is not currently seen regularly and only seen in crisis situation . Arsenal has to revamp the back 4 and bring in a strong and  commanding midfielder like  Vieira . Its time for arsenal to find a replacement for M ertesacker .Not ignoring his contributions to the Arsenal team. But its time for Arsenal to move over to a more dynamic central defender. Also  If they believe as a team they could at least finish second in the premier league considering th
